What happens at checkout

Checkout is handled by Paddle, acting as reseller and merchant of record. They take the payment, calculate VAT or sales tax for your country and send your receipt.

As soon as the payment goes through, you get a personal download link by email from elv.im, and you can download straight from the thank-you page too. The link works for 30 days, with 10 downloads of each file. Lost it? Get a fresh one.

Every file is made for you: your name and order code appear in small print in the footer and on the copyright page. It keeps the book cheap for honest readers, because a shared copy points back to its order.

Digital delivery and refunds

The book is digital content supplied immediately. At checkout you agree that delivery starts straight away, which means the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content no longer applies once the files are available to you. If you are unsure, read the Introduction and Chapter 1 first.

If a file is damaged, will not open, or something is missing, get in touch and it will be fixed or replaced.
