Seller and checkout
The book is written and published by Elvis Meisters. Orders are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record and reseller; Paddle's buyer terms also apply to the purchase. Price: €29. Any VAT or sales tax for your country is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery
After payment you receive a personal download link by email, and can download from the thank-you page. The link works for 30 days, with 10 downloads of each file. You can request a fresh link at elv.im/download/ with the email address used at checkout. The files are personalised with your name and order code.
What you receive
The Small Business Online Survival Guide (first edition) in PDF, EPUB and Kindle EPUB formats, and the Companion Toolkit as an Excel workbook and printable PDF, available for download immediately after payment.
Your licence
You may use the book and toolkit within one business, including copies for your own devices and printing for your own use. You may fill in and adapt the worksheets for that business.
You may not resell, share publicly, upload to file-sharing sites or otherwise distribute the files, or include them in a product or course, without written permission. For team or client use, get in touch.
Each copy carries the buyer's name, an order code and an embedded copy code. Removing or altering these marks is not permitted, and a copy found shared can be traced to its order and its download links withdrawn.
Refunds and the right of withdrawal
The book is digital content supplied immediately. At checkout you agree that delivery begins straight away and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the files are made available to you. For that reason all sales are final.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the files are faulty. If a file is damaged, incomplete or will not open, contact me and it will be repaired or replaced, or refunded if that is not possible.
Corrections
Corrected files for the edition you bought are provided at no charge. A new edition may be sold separately.

Liability
To the extent the law allows, liability for any claim related to the book is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
